Pam writes to her parents describing the 'absolutely heavenly time' she had skiing in Lebanon. No mention of having met Drew.

Drew writes to Pam after dropping her off at Lydda Airport. He is still optimistic he will see her in Cairo thanks to the RAF. Infact he must wait  more than a year before he sees her again.
